The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development is a premier organisation of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, engaged in training, consultancy, research, etc. in order to promote entrepreneurship. The major activities of the Institute are Training of Trainers, Management Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship-cum-Skill Development Programmes, Entrepreneurship Development Programmes and Cluster Intervention. The Institute has conducted a total of 36,752 different Training programmes, till March, 2016, covering 9,37,438 participants which includes 206 International programmes with 3,993 participants from more than 135 countries.
